   Could I ask something? Once iphone is jail-broken, is it registered as an illegal item all the way or does it become the original whenever the jail breaking is not working or uninstall?

   I’m not understand your question clearly. You can replace original iPhone OS when you don’t want to use jailbreak. I’m using jailbreak because of SSH and SFTP.

   yes, you can do jailbreak iPodTouch 2G. I do jailbreak because of SSH and SFTP.
