ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ေတြ web design ေတြဆဲြတဲ့အခါမွာ font ေတြကလည္း အေရးပါလွပါတယ္။ header ကို ဘာ font သံုးမယ္။ paragraph ကို ဘာ font သံုးမယ္ဆိုျပီး ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ေတြ ေရြးခ်ယ္ရတယ္။ အရင္က ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ေတြမွာ ေရြးခ်ယ္စရာ မ်ားမ်ားမရိွဘူး။ Windows မွာ default ပါတဲ့ font နဲ့ mac မွာ default ပါတဲ့ font ေတြျဖစ္ဖို႔ အေရးၾကီးတယ္။ ေနာက္မို႔ဆို ကိုယ္႔ design က မလွပဲ ျဖစ္သြားမယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ Verdana,Times New Roman,Tahoma,Arial,Georgia စတာေတြေလာက္ပဲ ေရြးလို႔ရတယ္။ အမ်ားၾကီးေရြးခ်ယ္စရာမရိွဘူးေလ။ သူတို႔ စက္ထဲမွာ font မရိွရင္ အလကားပဲ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ designer ေတြကေတာ့ browser ေတြထဲမွာ font embed ျဖစ္ေစခ်င္ၾကတယ္။

ေနာက္ျပီး ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ျမန္မာေတြ ေဇာ္ဂ်ီ စက္ထဲမွာ မရိွလို႔ မျမင္ရဘူး။ ျမန္မာ ၂ မရိွလို႔မျမင္ရဘူး။ ျမန္မာ ၃ မရိွလို႔ မျမင္ရဘူး။ အဲလို ျပႆနာေတြ က ခဏခဏပါပဲ။ eot ကလည္း IE အတြက္ပဲရတယ္ေလ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အဆင္မေျပျပန္ဘူး။ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွာလည္း သူတို႔ ဘာသာစကားေတြကို default ပါတဲ့ font မဟုတ္ပဲနဲ့ အျခား ကိုယ္ပိုင္ design font ေတြနဲ့လည္း ထည့္သြင္းေဖာ္ျပေစခ်င္တာပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ user စက္ထဲမွာ font မသြင္းထားရင္လည္း မျဖစ္ျပန္ဘူးေလ။

firefox 3.5 , safari 3.1 , opera 10 မွာ အဲဒီ ျပႆနာေတြ ခ်ဳပ္ျငိမ္းေအာင္ ဖန္တီးလာႏိုင္ပါျပီ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ေတြ css နဲ့ font embed လုပ္လို႔ရလာျပီ။ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္မလဲဆိုေတာ့

a-remote-font-name ဆိုတာကေတာ့ font နာမည္ေပါ႔။
source သူကေတာ့ font ရဲ့ source ေပါ႔။ user စက္ထဲက ဟာကို ယူသံုးခ်င္ရင္ local("Font Name") နဲ့ ေခၚလို႔ရတယ္။
ေနာက္ထပ္ ႏွစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ font-weight နဲ့ font-style ကေတာ့ optional ပါ။ font weight value နဲ့ style value ထည့္ေပးရံုပဲေလ။ သူတို႔ ၂ လိုင္းကို မထည့္လည္းရတယ္။ [1]  ကဲ.. example ေလး ၾကည့္ရေအာင္။

လက္ရိွအေနနဲ့ audio , video format ေတြကို ogg ကို standard ထားျပီး ေျပာင္းသံုးရမလို ျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ web ေပၚမွာ လက္ရိွ firefox 3.5 , chrome 3 တို႔မွာ ogg ကို video,audio အတြက္ အသံုးျပဳထားတယ္။ firefox 3.5 မွာဆို mp3 ဖြင့္မရသလို chrome မွာကလည္း wav ဖြင့္မရျပန္ပါဘူး။

ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔အေနနဲ့ အခုအခ်ိန္မွာ HTML5 ကို ေျပာင္းလဲသံုးစဲြသင့္ျပီလား ေလ့လာသင့္ျပီလားဆိုရင္ ေစာပါေသးတယ္။ HTML5 မွာ အသစ္ပါလာတဲ့ event ေတြအတြက္ javascript ေတြ ဘယ္လိုလာမလဲဆိုတာကို တိတိက်က်မတိရေသးဘူး။ ေနာက္ျပီး attribute အသစ္ေတြလည္း ပါဝင္ေပမယ္႔ ထူးျခားမႈက မရိွေသးတာကို ေတြ႕ရတယ္။ HTML5 နဲ့ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ျပည့္စံုတဲ့ စာအုပ္လည္း မထြက္ရိွေသးပါဘူး။ ေနာက္ျပီး browser ေတြကလည္း fully support မဟုတ္ေသးတာလား HTML 5 stable ျဖစ္မျဖစ္ မေသခ်ာေသးလို႔ ေစာင့္ေနတာလား ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ မသိေသးပါဘူး။ အသစ္ tag ေတြပါလာတဲ့ အတြက္ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကို အရင္ကထက္ အဆင္ေျပသြားတယ္။ CSS, javascript နဲ့ တဲြသံုးရတဲ့ အပိုင္းမွာ ပိုျပီး ရွင္းရွင္းလင္းလင္းျဖစ္သြားပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အခုအခ်ိန္မွာ HTML 5 ကို ေျပာင္းသင့္တဲ့ အခ်ိန္မဟုတ္ေသးပဲ လက္ရိွအေနနဲ့ HTML 4 နဲ့သာ ေရးဆဲြသင့္ပါေသးတယ္။

]]> http://www.saturngod.net/knowledgebase/firefox-open-with-new-tab/feed 6 When Don’t Run Apache in Firefox (Ubuntu) http://www.saturngod.net/knowledgebase/when-dont-run-apache-in-firefox-ubuntu?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=when-dont-run-apache-in-firefox-ubuntu http://www.saturngod.net/knowledgebase/when-dont-run-apache-in-firefox-ubuntu#comments Sat, 27 Dec 2008 03:00:21 +0000 saturngod http://www.saturngod.net/?p=869 ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကို မူးေနာက္သြားတယ္။ firefox မွာဗ်ာ။ apache က run ေနတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ offline ပဲျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ အဲ.. အင္တာနက္ connection ရရင္ေတာ့ အလုပ္လုပ္တယ္။ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကို ေခါင္းစားသြားတယ္။ ေနာက္ျပီး connectionမရေတာ့ရင္ localhost က အလုပ္မလုပ္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ဒါနဲ့ googling လုပ္ရေတာ့တာပဲ။ ေတြ႕သမွ်ေတြ အကုန္စမ္းတယ္။ အလုပ္မလုပ္ဘူး။ ဒါနဲ့ ေနာက္တစ္နည္း ထပ္စဥ္းစားရတယ္။ googling လုပ္ျပီးရတဲ့ နည္းလည္းကုန္ျပီ။ ဒီေတာ့ firefox ကျဖစ္တာလား။ apache ကျဖစ္တာလား။ ဒါပဲ စမ္းဖို႔ က်န္ေတာ့တယ္။ ဒါနဲ့ စက္ထဲမွာ ရိွတဲ့ opera နဲ့ http://localhost ဆိုျပီး ေခၚလိုက္တယ္။ အဲ.. အလုပ္လုပ္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ။ ဒါနဲ့ မယံုေသးဘူး။ /var/index.html ကို ျပင္လိုက္တယ္။ ျပီးမွ refresh ခ်လိုက္တယ္။ အဆင္ေျပတယ္ဗ်ာ။ ေသခ်ာျပီ firefox ကျဖစ္တာပဲ။ firefox က Network setting ေတြ ေျပာင္းၾကည့္တယ္။ မရဘူး။ ေနာက္ထပ္ browser တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Epiphany နဲ့ စမ္းတယ္။ မရဘူး။ Epiphany က GNOME Network Setting နဲ့ ခ်ိန္ထားတာဆိုေတာ့ localhost ကို ignore မလုပ္လို႔လားေပါ႔။ ဒါနဲ့ စစ္ၾကည့္တယ္။ လုပ္ထားတယ္ဗ်။ မျဖစ္ေသးဘူး။ opera မွာကေတာ့ရတယ္။ တျခား browser ႏွစ္ခုက မရေသးဘူးဆိုေတာ့ တစ္ခုခု လဲြေနတာျဖစ္မယ္။ ဒါနဲ့ Epiphany မွာ configure ရွာတာ ရွာေတာ့မေတြ႕ဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ File > Work Offline ဆိုတာကို check ထားတာေတြ႕ေရာ။ အဲဒါနဲ့ ျဖဳတ္လိုက္တယ္။ ျပန္ျပီး run ေတာ့ အိုေကသြားပါတယ္ဗ်ာ။ ေသခ်ာျပီ။ ဒါဆိုလည္း firefox မွာလည္း Work Offline ျဖစ္ေနလို႔ျဖစ္မယ္ဆိုျပီး File > Work Offline ဆိုတာေလးကို ျဖဳတ္လိုက္ေတာ့ bravo! အခုေတာ့ ေကာင္းေကာင္းေလး run လို႔ရသြားပါျပီ။ အားလံုး အဆင္ေျပသြားျပီေလ။ အခုမွပဲ စမ္းစရာရိွတာေတြကို Ubuntu မွာေရာ Windows မွာပါ စမ္းလို႔ရျပီေပါ႔ဗ်ာ။
